The Genesis Community
You will be part of a dynamic community that shapes its own experiences through discussion, debate, Shabbat celebration, and social action projects. Genesis participants learn from and teach one another, exchanging new ideas and practices, and forming life long friendships.
Community Educators
A team of community educators guides and inspires participants in the challenging work of understanding diversity and creating community. They will inspire you to find your voice, take on leadership roles, and contribute to a vibrant community.
Genesis community educators come from diverse geographical and religious backgrounds. They are graduate students and professionals with expertise in experiential Jewish education. They receive specialized training in working with teens, teamwork, pluralism, and community building.
