Judith R. Sizer

Judith R. Sizer began her professional career at Brandeis as assistant general counsel in 1992. She was promoted to general counsel in 2000 and given the additional title of senior vice president in 2007.
A graduate of Yale College, magna cum laude, and Harvard Law School, cum laude, she served as assistant to the general counsel of Yale University from 1987 to 1988 and as assistant to the president of Yale University from 1983 to 1984. From 1988 to 1992, she was an associate in the tax and employee benefits departments at Ropes & Gray in Boston.
Sizer has served as chair of the Boston Bar Association College and University Law Group and has been involved in various capacities in the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
