Sabina is Russian native born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. After living for some time in Kazan, Russia, Sabina's family moved to Council Bluffs, IA where she finished High School and Community College. Sabina transferred to Iowa State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's in Communication Studies and International Studies. She relocated to Washington DC where she worked closely with civil society organizations around the world during Spring and Annual World Bank and IMF meetings.
