How to Apply
Apply Online at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences!
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the program is filled. Generally, applications for Summer are reviewed through April, and for Fall through mid-June, but there are no hard deadlines. Decisions are generally sent to students within three weeks of completion of applications. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their files are complete by contacting the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
There are no GPA or standardized test score cut-offs. Applicants are considered holistically on the basis of a number of factors. These include:
- Potential for success in a rigorous science curriculum.
- Motivation for a career in the health professions.
- Strong support from faculty/mentors in letters of recommendation.
- Strong communication skills as evidenced in personal statement.
To apply, please submit:
- The application form and a nonrefundable application fee of $55.
- Statement of Purpose.
- Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate colleges attended.
- Resume or CV.
- Two letters of recommendation (at least one academic).
- Scores from the Scholastic Aptitude Test (official or reported on high school transcript) or the Graduate Record Exam.
