During your orientation program, you will have the opportunity to go to the Campus Card Office located on the bottom floor of Kutz Hall to get a Brandeis ID Card. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The staff will take your picture and print your ID card. The ID allows you access to the meal plan and “WHO Cash” for undergraduates, as well as the athletic center, the library, and other campus resources.
NOTE for Scholars: Please note, scholars who are paid by Brandeis need to check in with the Human Resources Office before getting a Brandeis ID card. You will need a Brandeis Identification (ID) card to use the libraries and athletic facilities. ID cards are also used to purchase a meal plan, WhoCash, enter certain buildings, or if you wish to obtain a parking sticker if you plan to have a car. To acquire a parking sticker, take your letter of appointment and immigration documents to the Office of Public Safety, Stoneman Building. To learn more about WhoCash and meal plan policies please refer to the Campus Card Office which is located in the basement of Kutz Hall.
