ISSO Check-In for Spring 2012

ISSO Holiday Office Hours
The ISSO will be open during the rest of winter break except for the following:
This Friday 1/6/2012, closed from 12-2pm for Departmental Retreat

ISSO Check-In for Spring 2012 Begins 1/3
All students must be inside the U.S. to complete
ISSO Check-In. (Exception: Students on approved study abroad or research abroad. If you are abroad for the Spring 2012 semester, please know you still need to check-in.)
All students are strongly encouraged to complete check-in as soon as possible. Please check-in only after you are sure that you will not depart the U.S. prior to the first day of spring semester classes. Please plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to complete your check-in!
If you do not complete check-in by January 17th, the first day of classes, then an ISO Registration Hold will be placed on your Sage account until you complete check-in. ISO Registration Holds will be removed within 1 business day after check-in is completed.

My Favorite Places: 2012 Spring Photo Contest
It's that time of year again! We are now accepting submissions for our annual photo contest. This year's theme is "My Favorite Places." This is also the same as this month's theme for ISSO Open Mic (It is not required to do both. See below for more information).
Who can participate? Students, scholars, faculty and staff are all welcome to submit entries.
When: Come and cast your vote from 9-5 on February 2, 2012. We will have hot cocoa and cookies from 3:30-5pm.
Where: ISSO Office, Kutz Hall, Room 215

Submissions due by January 31, 2012
In January 2012, the Open Mic topic is the same as our 2012 Photo Contest! While separate, feel free to submit photos to the Photo Contest, or simply write about your favorite place for Open Mic, or both!
