Double Majors

Academic exploration is a hallmark of the Brandeis educational experience. Because our curriculum is flexible, you will find plenty of opportunities to try new areas of study and, if you find you have a passion for more than one area, you may choose to add a minor, double major, double major and minor or even triple major!

Many Brandeis students choose to study multiple curriculums. More than half of undergraduates pursue at least one minor and nearly a third declare a double major.

Of students who do double major, some choose related fields such as theater and music; political science and history; or biology and chemistry. Others choose unrelated majors such as neuroscience and fine arts; sociology and mathematics; or computer science and international and global studies.

If you want the freedom to try new things and do everything, Brandeis is the place for you!
