Section 5. Project Statement.
* Write a one-page narrative description of your project. Include a general overview of your project as well as your reasons for doing this project and its role in the Festival.
Section 6. Faculty or Staff Reference
Students only: Submit the name of a Brandeis faculty or staff member who can speak to your background, expertise, and ability to complete your project. A grant administrator will contact this person, so make sure they are aware of your intentions!
Section 7. Supporting Materials
Visual artists must submit work samples (JPG preferred). Send them to Ingrid Schorr, ingrids@brandeis.edu along with your application. Label each image with your last name and a title for the work (e.g. SmithHorses.jpg).

Section 9: PERFORMERS ONLY
Check here if you wish to perform during the Performance Festival on Sunday, April 26, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. These performances are 20 minutes long, with some exceptions, and take place at Shapiro Campus Center or Slosberg Recital Hall, scheduled by the Office of the Arts, which will provide technical support.
Check here if you plan to perform outside of the Performance Festival. You are responsible for securing and paying for the venue and all technical support. Note: The LTS staff has suggested using the courtyard outside the main entrance of the Goldfarb Library as a performance space. Contact Dave Wedaman (wedaman@brandeis.edu) to reserve. The Office of the Arts provides publicity as part of the Festival of the Arts (April 22 - 26).
