Performing Arts Festival Application

 Guidelines

The Performing Arts Festival is open to all Brandeis students, staff and faculty, whether individuals or members of an organization.

Performances are limited to 20 minutes (with a few exceptions) and take place on Sunday, April 26, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Notification: You will be notified of your performance time and location by mid-February. You or a representative of your group is required to attend a production meeting in March (dates to be announced).

Performing Arts Festival events will be publicized in the Festival Guidebook, which is widely distributed on campus, throughout Waltham and beyond.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. You may update program descriptions as the festival approaches.

Note: This is not a guarantee that the space will be available. Other spaces may become available after the application deadline. Shapiro Atrium and Multipurpose Room are NOT available this year.
