A Two-Day Symposium

"Black Lives Matter: Local Movements, Global Futures," a two-day symposium, aims to connect the local struggles of Brandeis students and other scholar-activists in the Boston area to broader national and global issues that have animated the Black Lives Matter movement. 

Events will consist of student forums, teach-ins, keynote speakers and panels featuring prominent scholars, artists and activists.

Event is free and open to the pubic.  Seating is limited.  Both keynote addresses will be streamed via Facebook Live and the Farber 2 Conference Room and Classroom in the Center for Teaching and Learning will be available for overflow seating during the addresses.
