The 2008 Strategic Plan

A bold and vibrant strategic plan has been created to guide our future while building on our illustrious history. The result is imaginative and visionary. With a practical application that will strengthen our philanthropic mission, our new plan has been designed to have a long-lasting impact on the important work that we do to support the needs of Brandeis University.

The development of the strategic plan was a process that was shared by volunteers and university administrators and involved discussions by a steering committee, recommendations from subcommittees, a review by representatives of the University, feedback from the national board, and the final approval by University President Reinharz.
