Greenhouse Gas Inventory

Carbon Dioxide (CO 2) is the largest contributor to climate change

A GHG inventory is another name for a "carbon footprint". The goal of the inventory is to assess and identify major sources of emissions on campus, to identify actions that can be taken to reduce such emissions, and to monitor our progress. Using the Campus Carbon Calculator software produced by Clean Air-Cool Planet, greenhouse gas inventories have been conducted by University staff and students.

The GHG Inventory helps track the University's long-term emissions reductions commitment, as outlined by the American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment
