Campus Farmers Market

The Brandeis Farmer’s Market was started in the fall of 2008 as a way to give Brandeis Students better access to fresh, local foods through a project of the Greening the Campus and Community Class. It also seeks to engage students with the community, the local farmers and Waltham residents who come to the market to shop. The NaturaLiving club has been set up to organize other activities that connect students to nature.

Update

For now the on campus market program is on hold and the focus is on a weekly Brandeis CSA , with hundreds of members, and making transportation to the Waltham Farmer’s Market easy for Brandeis students. If a specialized on campus market is viable in the future an update will be posted.
