Architect Moshe Safdie & Associates (MSA) has completed schematic design drawings for the Edmond J. Safra Center for the Arts and is now at work on design development.
The Pollack Fine Arts Teaching Center will remain in place through the spring 2008 semester and is expected to be removed in June 2008. Construction of the Phase 1 Edmond J. Safra Fine Arts Building is expected to begin in summer 2008, with occupancy projected during fall 2009. Occupancy is currently anticipated during fall 2009. Daniel O’Connell’s Sons is providing preconstruction services.
