Helaine Berenson Allen

Helaine Berenson Allen is a Board member of the Development Department of Children’s Hospital and an Overseer of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. She has organized many parlor events and public symposia for the Women’s Studies Research Center in Boston and Palm Beach.

Helaine is former co-chair of the Women’s Studies Program Board at Brandeis and Fellow of the University. She is an informal leader of the Palm Beach and Boston Jewish communities. The Allen/Berenson Vice President in Women’s Studies and Philosophy, the Director’s office in the Women’s Studies Research Center and many other projects are the product of her generosity.
