Current Project

For over a hundred years, Loreta Velazquez, a Cuban woman Civil War soldier from New Orleans has been considered a hoax.  But new evidence suggests otherwise.  REBEL, a new historical documentary, is a detective story about a woman, a myth, and the politics of national history.
