Current Project
In the 2009-10 season, Ms. Frank will be working directly with composer Libby Larsen, who will be setting the texts of three Concord, MA female poets and authors. Ms. Larsen has been commissioned to compose a large work in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Concord Women’s Chorus, culminating in a workshop and concert in early May, 2010.
Biography
Ms. Frank has recently been appointed as Conductor of Philovox, E.C. Schirmer’s Professional Recording Chorus. She is Minister of Music at the First Congregational Church in Winchester and Conductor/Artistic Director of the Concord Women’s Chorus. For many years, she was a faculty member at Emerson College, specializing in voice and audition techniques, and has served as faculty at California State University, Long Beach, where she held positions as Conductor, Staff Opera Coach, Staff Pianist and Director of Music.
