Hassenfeld Conference Center

Levine-Ross in HassenfeldThe Hassenfeld Conference Center provides an all-inclusive facility for conferences, meetings and training seminars. 

The conference center, which is handicapped accessible, offers several function rooms.

These rooms are all located on the same floor, allowing them to be used individually or complementary to one another, depending on your needs.

Usdan Student Center

Levin BallroomThe Usdan Student Center offers several unique and versatile spaces. 

International Lounge and Alumni Lounge  are popular sites for small meetings, while Levin Ballroom is well-suited for career fairs.

Levin Ballroom, located in the Usdan Student Center, is a large space featuring a stage, mezzanine level and audio-visual booth.

Throughout the year, Levin hosts many student events but can be used by departments planning larger events like career or international fairs (pictured).

Rapaporte Treasure Hall

Rapaporte Treasure HallLocated in the Goldfarb-Farber Library, Rapaporte Treasure Hall can accommodate an audience of up to 120 and has an existing sound system. Rapaporte is best suited for lectures and small meetings.

All Rapaporte bookings must be approved through Library and Technology Services. Please submit a hard copy of the request form to Martha Barry.

Shapiro Campus Center

Shapiro Campus CenterThe Shapiro Campus Center is managed by the Department of Student Activities. Student Activities and Conference and Events Services work together to support large events in the center.

All Shapiro Campus Center space requests must first be approved by Student Activities.  Please complete the Shapiro Space Request Form and submit it to Kelly Whiffen via e-mail, campus mail at Mailstop 203 or fax at (718) 736-3579.

Rose Art Museum

Rose Art MuseumThe Rose Art Museum consists of the Main Gallery, the Foster Wing and the Lee Gallery. 

Many restrictions on food and beverages are necessary to ensure the integrity of the art on display.
