Peter Krause
Assistant Professor of Political Science at Boston College and a Research Affiliate in the MIT Security Studies Program

Expertise: International Relations of the Middle East, with a focus on the Levant; National Movements and Political Violence, with a focus on the actions and effectiveness of the Zionist and Palestinian national movements.

Eric Lob
Fall 2014 Assistant Professor at Florida International University’s Department of Politics and International Relations

Areas of Expertise: Lob holds a Ph.D. from Princeton University’s Department of Near Eastern Studies, where he focused on rural politics in contemporary Iran and Lebanon. Lob also received an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and studied Arabic at Georgetown and Damascus Universities.
