Area Coordinator, Massell & Rosenthal
Peter grew up in Liverpool, New York, a suburb of Syracuse. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate academic work at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. He called Geneva home for five years while he obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Public Policy and then went on for his Masters in the Art of Teaching. His passion for higher education, specifically residential life, stemmed from his experiences as a Resident Assistant, Orientation Coordinator, and Admissions Student Intern. Engaging with the community and giving back is a priority in his life. In Geneva, he served on the Head Start Policy Counsel and volunteered his time with the local schools.
Running, rowing, swimming, and cycling occupy his spare time. He has coached rowing on Onondaga Lake for the past four years. This summer he had the opportunity to visit his twin brother in New Zealand, where they camped and hiked around the south island for 10 days. Peter is looking forward to joining the DCL staff and becoming a Brandeisian!
