Conference Venue:
Tishman Commons (LWC-105) in the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center. The new Wang Center is located along College Road, just inside the North Entrance (on Rt.135) to Wellesley College and adjacent to the parking garage (Visitors without parking permits please use the 5th [top] Level Overflow Parking Area). Entering campus from Rt. 135, take the first right turn to reach both the parking garage as well as a drop-off area for the Wang Center. Directions to Wellesley College:
From the East: Take the Mass Pike (I-90) West to Exit 15 (Weston/I-95/Rt.128). Travel south 2 miles on I-95/Rt.128 for 2 miles to Exit 20B (Framingham/Worcester/Rt.9 West). Drive Rt. 9 West for 3.9 miles. Watch for the green Weston Road/Weston sign. Immediately after that sign, take the exit marked Wellesley/Needham. At the end of the ramp, turn South onto Weston Road (Note there are two exit ramps: if you take the first, turn Left on Weston Rd at the bottom of the ramp; if you take the second, turn right at the bottom of the ramp). Drive 1 mile to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 135. Turn Right onto Rt.135 West and drive one-half mile to the first traffic light, which will be at the main entrance of the College (College Road). Turn left onto College Road.

Transportation:
Participants are encouraged to make independent arrangements for transportation to and from the conference venue at Wellesley College. Car-pooling is particularly encouraged. Wellesley College will provide a mini-van Shuttle Service that will make one morning run to Tufts University, as well as a second late-afternoon return run for drop-off. Seating capacity is limited to fourteen (14) passengers. While the service is free, advance reservations are required. To reserve a space, please send an email message ASAP including Name, Campus, and Phone Number to GBAC@wellesley.edu; please use the phrase "Shuttle Reservation Request" in the subject line. Final Deadline for Shuttle Reservations is Monday, 6 March. To assure seating availability, reserve a space early; seating reservations will be accepted in the priority they are received.
Food
Light refreshments will be available buffet-style at the morning check-in, and coffee/tea will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided for all presenters and discussants on the schedule. Additional food services are available in the Wang Center.
Discussants will chair the panels and serve as timekeepers. Presenters will be held strictly to the 15 minute time limit.
