The official ID card of Brandeis University! The Brandeis WhoCard serves as the campus dining card, debit card, library card, campus identification, and card for all door access on the campus. This site will answer all of your questions about your new WhoCard and its applications across the campus.
The Campus Card Office, located on the ground floor of Kutz Hall, is responsible for maintaining the campus card access system, issuing campus ID cards, administering the University meal plans and more. Stop by our office at any time, call us at 781-736-4230, or email us at campuscard@brandeis.edu if you need further assistance with your campus ID card or any of its applications.

Lost ID cards should be reported to our office immediately - call x64230 or email us. Replacement ID cards are available at the Campus Card Office during our business hours. The fee for replacing a lost ID card is $20. There is no fee for replacing ID cards that are unusable due to normal wear and tear.
Your WhoCard can be used in the following places: All Dining Services locations for meal plans, point plans, and debit plans (WhoCash), the University libraries (circulation only), and all door access locations on campus. Put WhoCash on your card and use it in the University Bookstore, the University Copy Center, specially marked vending machines around campus, and in select laundry rooms.
WhoCash is the campus debit plan that can be used for purchases in all Dining Services locations, the University Bookstore, the University Copy Center, LTS's Hardware Repair Shop, Cholmondley's, Domenics (Sachar Bldg), for public printing and photocopying on campus, and in the laundry rooms in Reitman, Cable, Usen, Renfield, Ziv, Village, Rosenthal, Castle, Shapiro and East residence halls. The advantage of WhoCash is that you can dine, shop, copy, print, and do your laundry around campus without carrying cash!
WhoCash can also be used off campus at Dominos Pizza, Pete's Pizza and Wings, Takeout Taxi, South Street Cafe, Cappy's Pizza and Prime Deli Cafe.
Undergraduates, Graduates, Faculty, and Staff can purchase WhoCash in one of two ways:
