EVALUATION Course Evaluation will be made on the basis of in class presentations and three short papers.Class Presentations are 15 minute presentations on assigned topics related to the subjects discussed in class. Each student will be assigned two presentations during the semester. Presentations will be on February 15, March 29 and May 3. Three papers of 1-2 pages will be written on the reading assignments. Readings will beassigned and papers will be due on the dates specified below. Paper topics will be explained at the time the readings are assigned. The final grades will be determined based on presentations 40% and papers 20% each. REQUIRED TEXT Herodotus, The Histories, Penguin, 2003.
