TEXT E. Nestle and K. Alland, Novum Testamentum Graecum, Wirttemburgische Bibelanstalt, Stuttgart (there are at least 27 editions of this work, so whatever is the most recent one that you can find). There was an online version of the Pocket Lexicon to the Greek New Testament by Alexander Souter, but the link to it is now down; copies of it are available from used book sellers at amazon.com. REQUIREMENTS There will be a midterm. The final examination will be scheduled at a time to be determined by the instructor. CONTENT We'll be reading "The Gospel According to Matthew," using the Hermeneia Commentary (in the Judaica section of the library), and perhaps another gospel or some of "The Acts of the Apostles" or "The Epistles of Paul."
