The Economics Department at Brandeis University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning in Fall 2010. We seek applicants with research interests in applied fields including (but not limited to) international trade, open-economy macro, development, microeconometrics, and industrial organization. We stress excellence in research and teaching in our undergraduate, masters, and doctoral programs.

We will have representatives attending the January ASSA meetings in Atlanta. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation and research papers electronically via EconJobMarket: https://www.econjobmarket.org. Applications will be reviewed as they arrive, with priority given to those received before November 25, 2009. Brandeis University is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a culturally diverse intellectual community, and strongly encourages applications from women and minority candidates.
