Please use the following guidelines for application requirements. Applications are accepted on a continual rolling basis. Currently we are reviewing applications for enrollment in fall 2014.

  1. A completed application form (coordinated through the Brandeis Graduate School of Arts and Sciences). You may complete an electronic application.
  2. Official undergraduate transcripts from the appropriate college or university registrar.
  3. Statement of purpose. In essay form, state your reasons for wishing to undertake post-baccalaureate graduate work.
  4. A minimum of  12 images of recent works: painting, sculpture, prints and/or drawings.  Once each image is uploaded, select 'edit details' to enter Title, Year, Size, Medium, and Description.
  5. One letter of recommendation sent directly from the professor under whom you have studied in your area of proposed specialization.
