DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The Slosberg Music Center is located just a short distance from the junction of the Mass Pike and Route 128/I-95. Click here for maps and directions.

Free parking is available in the Spingold Theater Center parking lot. Drop-off at the entrance to Slosberg is welcome.

COMMUTER RAIL

The Fitchburg/South Acton Line of the MBTA connects Waltham, downtown Boston, and points in between. Passengers are picked up and dropped off steps from the Slosberg Music Center. Travel time between Boston’s North Station and Brandeis/Roberts is roughly 25 minutes. Schedule and fare information is available on the MBTA website.

BUS SERVICE

The MBTA’s 553 bus route connects Boston, Newton, and Waltham and terminates a five-minute walk away from the Slosberg Music Center. Its inbound express route terminates in downtown Boston, a short walk from numerous T stops.

The 70 bus route also terminates near the Brandeis campus, though it is slightly less convenient in its proximity to Slosberg. This route originates near MIT (Cambridge) and runs through Cambridge, Watertown, and Waltham. If you should require this bus, please note that the 70a has a very different terminus in Waltham and should be avoided for travel to Brandeis.

ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT

Very limited space may be available (depending on location) for ridesharing with Brandeis graduate students. Please email us at musicgss – AT – brandeis – DOT – edu if you are interested, or if you have any special transportation needs.
