Nathan Anderson

Nathan Anderson graduated from Northwestern University in 2013, where he earned a BA in Mathematics and Middle Eastern Languages and Civilizations. Nathan then attended Yale Divinity School, where he received his Master of Divinity before serving as a pediatric hospital chaplain resident for a year.

Nathan's primary philosophical interest is in ethics, particularly normative ethics and applied clinical medical ethics. Having studied Christian ethics and theology previously, Nathan is particularly interested in ethical constructions outside of the religious. Nathan is also excited to formally explore different areas of philosophy.

Outside of philosophy, Nathan enjoys trail running, baking and eating cookies, being in the woods, traveling, reading poetry, and listening to (and attempting to create) music. Nathan is also a provisionally ordained clergy member in the United Methodist Church.
