Kyle O'Dwyer

Kyle grew up in the Tacoma/Seattle area of Washington. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from Biola University in Southern California.

Though his philosophical interests are broad, Kyle’s main interests are in epistemology and metaphysics. In epistemology, he is particularly interested in the justificatory status, reliability, and source of a priori justification and the metaphilosophical issues that arise therefrom—especially with respect to recent critiques via experimental philosophy and naturalized epistemology. In metaphysics he is interested in the metaphysics of modality, the nature of grounding, realism and antirealism, and the semantics of existence assertions.

When he’s not engaged in philosophy Kyle enjoys reading, music, playing drums, poetry, and art (mostly romantic-realism).
