Seyom Brown
Senior Fellow, Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Teaches and does research on the causes and prevention of war and human rights issues. Writing focuses on the U.S. policy implications of changing patterns of world politics.
