Provost Marty Krauss
March 11, 2008
The Provost’s Advisory Committee for Course Evaluations will serve as a special committee of faculty, students, and staff to provide guidance for policy, implementation, and analytic issues regarding on-line course evaluations. The committee will make recommendations to the provost regarding ways to ensure the highest response rates, timing and duration of the on-line course evaluation period, security and access issues, possible analyses of the data to inform planning and outcomes, and other policy or implementation issues that arise in the future.
The committee will meet monthly. Faculty, students, and staff will be asked to serve for three semesters. At that time, the charge of the committee will be re-examined.
