"The Past and Present of Radical School Reform"
Dr. Allen Graubard is special assistant to the provost for regional educational innovation at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. He is the author of Free the Children: Radical Reform and the Free School Movement (Pantheon Books, 1973).

"Managing War After Cold War: The State, Media, and the Public"
Professor Joseph is presently completing a new book, Are Americans Becoming More Peaceful?, and developing a "Peace Museum" CD on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Last year he received a national award from the Peace Studies Association.
