Sarah Shahanaghi ’14
Economics and Mathematics Major
Sara Shahanaghi graduated from Brandeis in 2014, majoring in Economics and Mathematics. She was a teaching assistant and served as an Undergraduate Department Representative for the department.
During her time at Brandeis, Sara found the faculty’s investment in its undergraduates to be crucial to her learning and interest in the field. She is currently a PhD student at Columbia University and was previously a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
In her free time, Sara enjoys playing in an orchestra and reading about Middle Eastern history.
