Catholics, Jews, and the Prism of Conscience

"Catholics, Jews, and the Prism of Conscience" was a symposium to coincide with the publication of James Carroll's book Constantine's Sword: The Church and the Jews, A History. It was held at Brandeis on Monday, January 22. Carroll, a member of the Advisory Board for the International Center for Ethics, Justice and Public Life, was joined by a distinguished group of panelists from a variety of disciplines in this symposium. Carroll is the author of nine novels and the memoir An American Requiem, which won the National Book Award. His essays on culture and politics appear weekly in the Boston Globe.
