Jordan's Role in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

The Slifka Program in Intercommunal Coexistence and the Office of Student Life were pleased to host an informal presentation and conversation with Dr. Jawad Anani former Chief of the Jordanian Royal Court and member of the Jordanian Peace Negotiation Delegation.

Dr. Anani is an economist, a business and investment consultant, and a member of Jordan's Senate. From 1998 to 1999, he served as chief of the Royal Court under the late King Hussein and under his Majesty King Abdallah II. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Prime Minister for Development Affairs and Minister of Foreign Affairs. From 1991 to 1993, Dr. Anani was a member of the peace negotiation delegation that forged a peace agreement with the State of Israel.
