Center Advisory Board Member Participates in Panel Discussion on Terrorism and the Military

James Carroll, columnist for the Boston Globe and a member of the Center's Advisory Board, participated in a panel discussion entitled "Responding to Terrorism: Challenges to the Military" on November 8, 2005. Carroll was joined on the panel by Col. Charles Hooper of the U.S. Army.

The panel was part of the Kelman Seminar Series on Negotiation, Conflict, and the News Media. The series was sponsored by the Harvard University Law School Program on Negotiation, the Nieman Foundation for Journalism, the Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics, and Public Policy, and the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program, as well as Boston area members of the Alliance for International Conflict Prevention and Resolution.
