Wandering Souls: Ritual and Theatre in the Cambodian Context
Wednesday, March 8, 2006
A conversation with award-winning playwright Catherine Filloux followed a reading of her Photographs of S-21 and a slide presentation of Notes on Pchum Ben, a working paper by Brandeis International Fellow Ly Daravuth. Lindsay French, Associate Professor of Anthropology at the Rhode Island School of Design, responded to the two presentations and led a discussion.
"Wandering Souls" was the second in a series of three events to be held in conjunction with Professor Cynthia Cohen's "The Arts of Building Peace" course. All of the events are free and open to the public.
