The Anthology
"Acting Together on the World Stage: Performance and the Creative Transformation of Conflict" presents compelling theatre and ritual practices that promote peace and active participation in civil society. The anthology is a resource for artists, cultural workers and peacebuilders working in conflict regions, as well as for scholars and students of performance studies, conflict transformation, and related fields.
The case studies present performances in historical, social, and political context. They show the creative process leading to finished productions, and assess impacts and contributions to establishing sustainable peace.
We are currently in conversations with potential publishers.
