Research Guide

Brandeis prides itself on the opportunities available for students to conduct research and independent projects under the close guidance of faculty mentors. In this guide, you will find information about more than 60 faculty who provide research opportunities for undergraduates during the academic year as well as the summer. This guide will be updated continually as new opportunities develop.

The Experiential Learning program is working to connect students with available research opportunities, both paid and unpaid, on campus. Below are links to research opportunities organized by school and discipline. For each faculty listing you will find (1) a link to the faculty page on the University faculty guide; (2) faculty member's research interests; (3) qualifications expected of an ideal candidate; and (4) the main responsibilities of the position. In order to reach faculty members, please refer to the professor's faculty page to find their email address. Community based research listings vary according to needs of the community organization.
