Valerie Smedile Rifkin, MA, is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Academic Programs and is a full-time instructor in the Rabb School of Continuing Studies, Division of Graduate Professional Studies at Brandeis University. She received her BA in Anthropology and Classical Archaeology and Art History, and her MA in Anthropology, both from Brandeis University. The focus of her research was on Mesoamerican archaeology. Valerie has over eight years of experience in higher education administration, with an emphasis on student financials, enrollment management, and data analysis and reporting.
