Cynthia Phillips, PhD, is currently serving as a full-time instructor and the Academic Chair of the IT Management and Information Assurance Programs. Her background is in software development, requirements engineering, and information systems management. She has also taught a variety of industry seminars and has been involved in online education at Brandeis and other institutions.
