Profile
Kevin F. Wall is a CPA and attorney with a mid size Boston professional services firm consulting with a variety of domestic and international businesses. He is a lecturer at Harvard teaching courses in mergers and acquisitions and taxation in a global economy. He has been a researcher at Harvard Business School and has co-authored or contributed to dozens of academic and professional publications and presentations. He has also been a law school faculty member.
Previously, Kevin was an entrepreneur and a member of the tax management group at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Earlier in his career, he was a divisional CFO of a public company and an officer of a major Boston revenue bond authority. He also serves on several non profit and municipal boards.
