Mr. Radding owns a small CPA practice specializing in individual and small business tax preparation and planning. Recently he has worked with another CPA firm auditing non-profit organizations and participating in agreed upon procedures for the Massachusetts Film Tax credit.

In the past he was employed as a software professional, developer, and project manager within the banking and mutual fund industries. He has also operated a software consulting company specializing in implementing software for the mortgage industry.
