Profile
Dr. Laura Roper is a widely published scholar, whose breadth of experience with NGO's includes many years of work with Oxfam America where she currently serves as the Director of Planning and Learning. She has also served as a university lecturer in political science and Latin American politics. Additionally, she was a United States Peace Corps volunteer in coastal Ecuador where she provided technical training in horticulture, and taught first aid and nutrition in rural communities.
