Raj Heda has over 14 years of work experience in various Information Technology areas with web development, consulting, leadership, and project management skills. He has co-authored a book on Agile Project Management and is currently working on a book on Root Cause Analysis. He has a Masters in Computer Information System from BU and is a certified PMP.
