Profile
Dr. Brain Roach holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Policy Analysis from the University of California, Davis, and a Masters of Science in Agricultural Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He is currently a Research Associate at the Global Development and Environment Institute at Tufts University. Dr. Roach also brings to his class significant insight after years of consulting for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Mississippi where he has worked on estimating recreation demand models for Corps reservoirs and analyzing the economic impacts of various water management scenarios.
