Jeff Parker, PMP, is currently a member of the Program Leadership Group at Raytheon. His background is in real-time software development and management, with significant experience in systems integration of robotics for the semiconductor industry. His current interest is in applying advanced project scheduling techniques to optimize value returned on investment for both individual projects and portfolios of projects.
