Development at the Core

Comes to New York

Creating a Fundraising Culture

Program Details >>

Development at the Core helps professional leadership — chief executives and chief development officers — focus their nonprofit agency on fundraising. Participants learn how to create a culture of giving in their organization. In doing so, they grow personally and professionally.

During the nine months of the program, participants create a development plan and prepare the organization for its implementation. Our metric of success is that participating organizations exceed their fundraising goals.

"I’ve been attending training classes for over 20 years and Development at the Core was easily the most beneficial to my professional development and to my organization’s development.”
—Jon Firger, CEO, Jewish Family Service of the North Shore
