Brandeis has arranged with Apple and Dell for the Brandeis community to purchase new computers at extremely competitive prices. If you are considering the purchase of a new desktop or laptop computer, you will find that these prices are lower than most other name-brand manufacturers for models with the same features. Although you are taking advantage of Brandeis discounts, you are buying the computer directly from the manufacturer.

Library and Technology Services (LTS) has purchased campus licenses for some software and has arranged for special bulk pricing for other software packages. For more information, review Software Purchasing on the LTS website.
To purchase software the LTS does not support, contact Lisa DeLetter in procurement services.
Supplies and Peripherals
Procurement Services has selected GovConnection as the preferred vendor for computer supplies and peripherals. The University is able to take advantage of the contract as part of its membership to the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC).
GovConnection offers extensive discounts on the most popular supplies and standard shipping is free.
Orders with GovConnection can be made in using several methods:
- Orders <$1,500 should be placed online using a procurement card. In order to do business with GovConnection and take advantage of the University's discounts, you must have an account. Contact Lisa DeLetter for more information.
- Orders >$1,500 must be made using a Brandeis University purchase order. In order to obtain a purchase order please complete a Requisition for Supplies and Services and return it to procurement services.
