Hotels
Procurement services has negotiated special discounts with area hotels to accommodate individual travelers doing business with the University or coming to campus for special events.
Reservations over $5,000.00 must be made using a University purchase order. In order to obtain a purchase order please complete a Requisition for Supplies and Services form and either mail or fax to procurement services at MS 048 or 6-4503.
Reservations under $5,000.00 can be made using a University procurement card. For questions on hotels, rates, services, etc., contact Helen David at x64510 or hdavid@brandeis.edu.
